【摘要】：能源安全是國家經(jīng)濟安全體系中必不可少的重要組成部分,對一國國民經(jīng)濟及發(fā)展具有重大意義。中國能源體系目前面臨著體制風險、石油與電力等戰(zhàn)略性能源風險、環(huán)境保護風險等諸多風險。本文基于上述各項風險的分析,結(jié)合中國目前已采取的政策措施,為未來中國能源體系的安全提出了富有針對性的對策分析。
[Abstract]:Energy security is an essential part of the national economic security system , which is of great significance to the national economy and development of a country . China ' s energy system is facing many risks , such as institutional risks , strategic energy risks such as oil and electricity , environmental protection risks and so on . Based on the analysis of the risks mentioned above , and combining with the policy measures already taken by China , this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the safety of China ' s energy system in the future .
