【摘要】：銷售支持管理是整合公司后臺資源，更好的支持客戶工作過程和營銷實現(xiàn)過程。主要分為市場支持，銷售工具與技術(shù)支持，商務(wù)支持，和激勵措施支持。在如今激烈的市場競爭環(huán)境中，銷售支持管理在整個公司管理體系中變得越來越重要了，它是溝通客戶與企業(yè)的橋梁，使?jié)撛诘匿N售變?yōu)楝F(xiàn)實。良好的銷售支持管理可以對銷售活動起到推動作用，，反之則會限制銷售，阻礙公司發(fā)展。 本文從財務(wù)管理,市場營銷,經(jīng)濟學(xué),人力資源等幾方面概述銷售支持管理所涵蓋的基本概念與理論,并以一家外資ABC電梯企業(yè)為例進行討論；在具體案例分析中,首先闡述了ABC公司的起源,發(fā)展歷史,背景情況,一般行業(yè)與ABC公司銷售模式的區(qū)別，隨即提出目前該公司管理流程中存在限制業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的主要問題，并對突出問題提出解決建議及方案，即以電梯項目銷售模式為線索展開論述銷售支持活動的四大模塊，市場管理，項目管理，審批控制管理，獎金政策。
[Abstract]:Sales support management is the integration of the company background resources , better support the customer work process and the marketing realization process . It is mainly divided into market support , sales tools and technical support , business support , and incentive measures support . In today ' s fierce market competition environment , sales support management becomes more and more important in the whole company management system . It is a bridge between the customer and the enterprise , so that the potential sales becomes realistic . Good sales support management can drive sales activities , and vice versa . This paper summarizes the basic concepts and theories covered by sales support management from the aspects of financial management , marketing , economics and human resources , and discusses the origin , development history , background , general industry and ABC Company sales model .
