【摘要】：建筑業(yè)是我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)，它與整個(gè)國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展、人民生活的改善有著密切的聯(lián)系。近幾年來(lái)，，我國(guó)建筑業(yè)增長(zhǎng)迅速，對(duì)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長(zhǎng)做出了巨大貢獻(xiàn)。隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展，企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境越來(lái)越復(fù)雜，建筑企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也越來(lái)越激烈，加之建筑企業(yè)自身普遍存在的財(cái)務(wù)管理等問(wèn)題，改革勢(shì)在必行。 集群化是建筑企業(yè)發(fā)展的一種必然趨勢(shì)，它能夠有效適應(yīng)復(fù)雜的經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境，提升集群內(nèi)建筑企業(yè)的整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)管理是競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力得以體現(xiàn)的關(guān)鍵，投資活動(dòng)作為財(cái)務(wù)管理中至關(guān)重要的一環(huán)，不僅會(huì)影響到企業(yè)自身，還關(guān)系到整個(gè)企業(yè)集群。因此投資活動(dòng)必須提高到戰(zhàn)略管理的高度。中國(guó)中鐵作為我國(guó)建筑行業(yè)中的代表性企業(yè)，企業(yè)規(guī)模大，投資特征明顯，具有較高的研究?jī)r(jià)值。 本文從戰(zhàn)略理論和投資理論入手，分析中國(guó)中鐵的投資環(huán)境和現(xiàn)狀，并重點(diǎn)分析了其投資能力。通過(guò)分析中國(guó)中鐵的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)及其影響因素，利用波士頓矩陣、政策指導(dǎo)矩陣以及價(jià)值鏈分析法等對(duì)企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)進(jìn)行了研究，給出了企業(yè)的具體投資戰(zhàn)略，并提出了具體投資策略和相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:Construction industry is an important pillar industry of our national economy. It is closely related to the development of national economy and the improvement of people's life. In recent years, the construction industry of our country has been growing rapidly. With the development of our economy, the business environment is more and more complex, and the competition between the construction enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. In addition, it is imperative to reform the financial management of construction enterprises. Clustering is an inevitable trend of the development of construction enterprises, it can effectively adapt to the complex business environment, enhance the overall competitiveness of construction enterprises in the cluster. The financial management of enterprises is the key to reflect the competitiveness. As a crucial part of financial management, investment activities will not only affect the enterprise itself. Therefore, the investment activities must be raised to the height of strategic management. As a representative enterprise in China's construction industry, China Railway has a large scale and obvious investment characteristics. It has high research value. Starting with the strategic theory and investment theory, this paper analyzes the investment environment and present situation of China Railway, and analyzes its investment ability. Through the analysis of the strategic objectives of China Railway and its influencing factors. By using Boston matrix, policy guidance matrix and value chain analysis method, this paper studies the strategic development situation of enterprises, gives the specific investment strategies of enterprises, and puts forward specific investment strategies and relevant suggestions.
