【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的今天，隨著全球競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的加劇和生產(chǎn)模式的轉(zhuǎn)變，企業(yè)與企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)逐漸轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楣⿷?yīng)鏈與供應(yīng)鏈之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。采購已成為企業(yè)利潤(rùn)的第三來源，作為采購源頭的供應(yīng)商在企業(yè)采購中有著非常重要的作用。所以加強(qiáng)供應(yīng)商管理是控制企業(yè)采購成本進(jìn)而降低企業(yè)總生產(chǎn)本、增加利潤(rùn)，使企業(yè)利潤(rùn)最大化的重要方法。 本文闡述了供應(yīng)商管理的基本理論，重點(diǎn)對(duì)構(gòu)建供應(yīng)商管理基本概念、供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)選擇方法和供應(yīng)商績(jī)效考核進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)探討。分析了影響供應(yīng)商管理效率的幾個(gè)重要因素，，其中供應(yīng)商績(jī)效考核和評(píng)價(jià)是一重要因素。本文以大型國(guó)有煤炭企業(yè)神華集團(tuán)為例具體分析了其供應(yīng)商管理的現(xiàn)狀及主要問題，并以神華為例構(gòu)建了供應(yīng)商績(jī)效考核和評(píng)價(jià)模型，最后針對(duì)其供應(yīng)商管理的主要問題提出了一些改善措施。
[Abstract]:In today's economic globalization, with the intensification of global competition and the transformation of production patterns. The competition between enterprises has gradually changed into the competition between supply chain and supply chain. Procurement has become the third source of profits. As the source of procurement, suppliers play a very important role in the enterprise procurement. Therefore, to strengthen the supplier management is to control the cost of enterprise procurement and then reduce the total production cost and increase profits. An important method for maximizing the profits of an enterprise. This paper expounds the basic theory of supplier management, focusing on the construction of the basic concept of supplier management. The selection method of supplier evaluation and supplier performance appraisal are systematically discussed, and several important factors that affect the efficiency of supplier management are analyzed. Performance evaluation and evaluation of suppliers is an important factor. This paper takes Shenhua Group, a large state-owned coal enterprise, as an example to analyze the status quo and main problems of supplier management. Taking Shenhua as an example, this paper constructs a supplier performance appraisal and evaluation model, and finally puts forward some improvement measures in view of the main problems of supplier management.
