【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,金融改革和企業(yè)升級(jí)轉(zhuǎn)型成為經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革中的聚焦點(diǎn),企業(yè)集團(tuán)逐步走向國(guó)際化、大型化的趨勢(shì)不可逆轉(zhuǎn),而作為服務(wù)于企業(yè)集團(tuán)的非銀行金融機(jī)構(gòu)——企業(yè)集團(tuán)財(cái)務(wù)公司,則成為這場(chǎng)變革中的關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)。財(cái)務(wù)公司依附于企業(yè)集團(tuán),利用自身的機(jī)構(gòu)優(yōu)勢(shì)為集團(tuán)提供特色金融服務(wù),其宗旨在于加強(qiáng)企業(yè)集團(tuán)的資金管理,提升資金資源的流動(dòng)性?xún)r(jià)值,有效降低資本運(yùn)作成本,促進(jìn)企業(yè)集團(tuán)實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)融結(jié)合。此外,財(cái)務(wù)公司出于自身特點(diǎn)打造的金融產(chǎn)品、基于集團(tuán)需求提供的多元化金融服務(wù)創(chuàng)新性突出,對(duì)我國(guó)金融市場(chǎng)的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展也起到積極的促進(jìn)作用。因此,研究財(cái)務(wù)公司的實(shí)際運(yùn)行模式有著重要而現(xiàn)實(shí)的意義。 本文首先分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外財(cái)務(wù)公司目前的運(yùn)行模式,總結(jié)出未來(lái)發(fā)展中值得借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn)；其次,對(duì)包鋼財(cái)務(wù)公司成立運(yùn)行至今的建設(shè)和管理情況進(jìn)行剖析,提出其在實(shí)際運(yùn)行中的不足之處；第三,通過(guò)參考現(xiàn)有的財(cái)務(wù)公司運(yùn)行模式,并以包鋼財(cái)務(wù)公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略定位為出發(fā)點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)出以司庫(kù)制為基礎(chǔ)的金融多元化財(cái)務(wù)公司發(fā)展模式；最后,提出在該模式下包鋼財(cái)務(wù)公司的實(shí)施方案和執(zhí)行對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, financial reform and enterprise upgrading have become the focus of economic system reform, enterprise groups are gradually internationalization, the trend of large-scale irreversible. As a non-bank financial institution serving the enterprise group, the enterprise group finance company becomes the key node in this reform. The finance company is attached to the enterprise group. Its purpose is to strengthen the capital management of enterprise groups, enhance the liquidity value of capital resources, and effectively reduce the cost of capital operation. In addition, the financial products created by financial companies based on their own characteristics, based on the needs of the group to provide diversified financial services outstanding innovation. It also plays a positive role in promoting the innovation and development of financial market in China. Therefore, it is of great and practical significance to study the actual operating mode of financial companies. This paper first analyzes the current operating mode of financial companies at home and abroad, summarizes the future development of the experience worth learning; Secondly, it analyzes the construction and management of Baotou Iron and Steel Finance Company since its establishment and operation, and points out its deficiencies in actual operation. Thirdly, by referring to the existing operating mode of financial companies and taking the development strategy positioning of Baotou Iron and Steel Finance Company as the starting point, the paper designs a financial diversified financial company development model based on treasurer system. Finally, the paper puts forward the implementation plan and countermeasures of Baotou Iron and Steel Finance Company under this mode.
