【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)周期自工業(yè)革命以來就備受理論界的關(guān)注,一直是經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家們熱衷討論的話題。人們對(duì)資本主義經(jīng)濟(jì)出現(xiàn)危機(jī)與衰退的探索始于19世紀(jì)中葉,經(jīng)過近200年的發(fā)展,西方經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家提出了近百種理論。具有代表性的如投資過度論、太陽黑子論、金融周期論等。2008年金融危機(jī)的爆發(fā),使世界經(jīng)濟(jì)受到了上世紀(jì)大蕭條以來最為嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn),引起理論界對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)周期理論的再次關(guān)注。美籍奧國經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家熊彼特(J.A.Joseph Alois Schumpeter)1的創(chuàng)新經(jīng)濟(jì)周期理論在眾多理論中凸顯出來,以其豐富的“創(chuàng)新”內(nèi)涵、經(jīng)濟(jì)周期、經(jīng)濟(jì)增長和企業(yè)家精神等理論受到人們的關(guān)注。熊彼特的創(chuàng)新理論認(rèn)為由于“創(chuàng)新”或生產(chǎn)要素的“新組合”的出現(xiàn),不是連續(xù)均勻地分布在時(shí)間序列之上,而是時(shí)斷時(shí)續(xù)、時(shí)高時(shí)低的,有時(shí)“群聚”(in groups or swarms,即“成組”或“成群”),有時(shí)稀疏,這樣就產(chǎn)生了“商業(yè)循環(huán)”或“經(jīng)濟(jì)周期”。 本文基于熊彼特創(chuàng)新發(fā)展理論,探索世界紡織技術(shù)創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)與經(jīng)濟(jì)周期的聯(lián)系,以及兩者在發(fā)展過程中的特點(diǎn)和規(guī)律性。研究總結(jié)了中國近30年來紡織創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)和紡織發(fā)展情況。通過對(duì)2012年長三角151家紡織企業(yè)創(chuàng)新情況調(diào)查,結(jié)合紡織企業(yè)基于流程再造的管理創(chuàng)新典型案例,提出中國紡織企業(yè)破除困境,化解危機(jī),啟動(dòng)新一輪增長的建議。 首先,概括和歸納了創(chuàng)新和經(jīng)濟(jì)周期相關(guān)理論,因?yàn)榻忉尳?jīng)濟(jì)周期波動(dòng)的熊彼特創(chuàng)新發(fā)展理論對(duì)紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展有意義。 其次,從歷史的層面,歸納總結(jié)了世界紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)伴隨經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展周期的發(fā)展歷程以及相應(yīng)階段推動(dòng)紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的代表性技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,分析紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟(jì)周期的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系。 最后,探討中國紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)30年的發(fā)展歷程,并結(jié)合2012年針對(duì)長三角地區(qū)紡織企業(yè)管理創(chuàng)新情況的調(diào)查,結(jié)合紡織企業(yè)管理創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐,為當(dāng)前紡織企業(yè)突破困境,提出新一輪發(fā)展的方向和建議。
[Abstract]:The economic cycle since the industrial revolution by theoreticalcircle concern, economists has been keen to discuss the topic. People of capitalism economy exploration and recession began in mid nineteenth Century, after nearly 200 years of development, western economists put forward nearly a hundred kinds of theory. Such as investment representative over the sun sunspot theory, financial cycle theory and.2008 years of the outbreak of the financial crisis, the world economy has been the Great Depression of the last century the most serious challenge, caused by the theory of economic cycle theory attention once again. The Austrian American economist Inpet (J.A.Joseph Alois Schumpeter) 1 innovation economic cycle theory emerged in many theories, with its rich connotation of "innovation", the economic cycle, economic growth and entrepreneurship theory attention. This paper based on the theory of Inpet innovation and development, explore the world textile technology innovation activities and the economic cycle, and the characteristics and regularity in the development process. The research summarizes Chinese nearly 30 years of textile Innovation and textile development. Through the investigation on the innovation of 151 textile enterprises in Yangtze River Delta in 2012, with the textile enterprise management innovation a typical case based on process reengineering, put forward China textile enterprises to get rid of difficulties, to defuse the crisis, to start a new round of growth.
First, we generalize and conclude the theory of innovation and business cycle, because Inpet's theory of innovation and development to explain the economic cycle is meaningful for the development of textile industry.
Secondly, from the historical level, we summarize the development process of the world textile industry accompanying the economic development cycle and the corresponding technological innovation to promote the development of the textile industry, and analyze the internal relationship between the innovation and development of the textile industry and the business cycle.
Finally, the development process of Chinese textile industry in the past 30 years is discussed. Combined with the survey of the management innovation of textile enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta in 2012, combined with the practice of textile enterprise management innovation, this paper puts forward a new round of development direction and suggestions for the current textile enterprises to overcome difficulties.
