【摘要】：5S管理是一種改善作業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)和員工思維方法的管理思想,它能使企業(yè)能有效地提高效率減小成本,提高質(zhì)量,降低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。本文基于5S管理的相關(guān)理論,結(jié)合5S管理應(yīng)用中的技術(shù)與方法,對(duì)客車制造廠商TC公司的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)作業(yè)進(jìn)行5S管理研究。 本文通過(guò)介紹5S管理的相關(guān)理論與方法,闡述了5S管理理論的內(nèi)涵、實(shí)際意義及實(shí)施目的,根據(jù)TC公司作業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)現(xiàn)有存在的問(wèn)題,建立了相應(yīng)的5S管理應(yīng)用研究思路：在借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外企業(yè)5S管理實(shí)施的經(jīng)驗(yàn)后,制定了基于“準(zhǔn)備-設(shè)計(jì)-執(zhí)行-評(píng)估”的項(xiàng)目推進(jìn)計(jì)劃,并設(shè)立了項(xiàng)目的目標(biāo)。5S管理的實(shí)施階段,通過(guò)建立管理體制,完善運(yùn)營(yíng)系統(tǒng),從而達(dá)到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)執(zhí)行的有序進(jìn)行。最后,基于TC公司的生產(chǎn)的實(shí)際情況,設(shè)計(jì)并依照5S管理的評(píng)估體系進(jìn)行了效果分析,對(duì)實(shí)施過(guò)程中所存在的問(wèn)題提出了看法。 本文對(duì)TC公司進(jìn)一步適時(shí)開(kāi)展5S現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理有一定的指導(dǎo)意義,同時(shí)對(duì)5S管理的實(shí)際應(yīng)用研究有一定的實(shí)踐意義,對(duì)國(guó)有制造型企業(yè)如何吸收國(guó)外先進(jìn)技術(shù)和方法提供了一定的思路。
[Abstract]:5S management is a kind of management thought which can improve the working site and the thinking method of employees. It can effectively improve the efficiency, reduce the cost, improve the quality and reduce the risk. This paper is based on the related theory of 5S management. Combined with the technology and method of 5S management application, the 5S management of coach manufacturer TC Company is studied. By introducing the relevant theories and methods of 5S management, this paper expounds the connotation, practical significance and implementation purpose of 5S management theory, according to the existing problems in the operation site of TC Company. The corresponding thinking of 5S management application research is established: after drawing lessons from the experience of 5S management at home and abroad, the project promotion plan based on "Prepared-Design-execution-Evaluation" is formulated. And set up the project's objective. 5S management implementation stage, through the establishment of management system, improve the operation system, so as to achieve the orderly implementation of the site. Finally, based on the actual production of TC company. According to the evaluation system of 5S management, the effect is analyzed, and the problems existing in the process of implementation are put forward. This paper has certain guiding significance for TC Company to further develop 5S site management in good time, and also has certain practical significance to the practical application research of 5S management. This paper provides some ideas on how to absorb foreign advanced technologies and methods for state-owned manufacturing enterprises.
