【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和社會的進(jìn)步,社會用電需求與日俱增,電力供需形勢日益嚴(yán)峻,電網(wǎng)建設(shè)的任務(wù)更加艱巨而繁重。電網(wǎng)資產(chǎn)規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,電網(wǎng)建設(shè)資金嚴(yán)重不足,企業(yè)利潤作為自有資金的來源已不能滿足電網(wǎng)建設(shè)的根本需要,每年巨額的電網(wǎng)投資建設(shè)資金需求與資金供給的矛盾較為明顯,導(dǎo)致過度依靠銀行貸款補(bǔ)充電力建設(shè)所需的資金。長此以往,進(jìn)入了惡性循環(huán),形成了高負(fù)債、高成本特點(diǎn)的資本結(jié)構(gòu),影響企業(yè)可持續(xù)性發(fā)展。因此,如何解決電網(wǎng)企業(yè)資本結(jié)構(gòu)存在的問題,實(shí)現(xiàn)資本結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化,已成為電網(wǎng)企業(yè)面臨的重要課題之一。 本論文基于A電網(wǎng)企業(yè)的資本結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行研究,從資本結(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)理論入手,以A公司近兩年的財務(wù)報表數(shù)據(jù)作為分析對象,對A公司的財務(wù)狀況進(jìn)行整體分析,并對A公司資本結(jié)構(gòu)的合理性進(jìn)行評價。最后提出改進(jìn)資本結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計方案。 本論文重點(diǎn)介紹了電網(wǎng)企業(yè)如何進(jìn)行資本結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化調(diào)整,以A電網(wǎng)公司為研究對象,分析了A公司資本結(jié)構(gòu)存在的問題,并有針對性的詳細(xì)介紹資本結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的過程,形成了適應(yīng)A公司實(shí)際情況的資本結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計方案,重點(diǎn)描述了設(shè)計的思路,并從發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、企業(yè)經(jīng)營等環(huán)境約束入手,提出了加強(qiáng)自身積累能力,提高應(yīng)對負(fù)債的能力等,主要講述了合理安排負(fù)債結(jié)構(gòu),降低資本成本等具體措施,并指出了注意事項(xiàng)。這種基于資本結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀的設(shè)計對電網(wǎng)企業(yè)具有很強(qiáng)的實(shí)踐性、針對性、指導(dǎo)性和操作性,為電網(wǎng)企業(yè)的資本結(jié)構(gòu)改進(jìn)提供了有益的借鑒。 這種基于電網(wǎng)企業(yè)資本結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化研究,不僅研究了電網(wǎng)企業(yè)資本結(jié)構(gòu)的形成過程及特點(diǎn),依據(jù)自身的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行資本結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化,而且考慮到外部環(huán)境與電網(wǎng)發(fā)展的要求,對如何適應(yīng)“十二五”規(guī)劃,實(shí)現(xiàn)電網(wǎng)企業(yè)健康可持續(xù)的發(fā)展具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of the economy and the progress of the society, the demand for electricity is growing day by day. The situation of power supply and demand is becoming more and more severe, and the task of power grid construction is more arduous and heavy. Grid assets continues to expand the scale of power grid construction, a serious shortage of funds, corporate profits as a source of funds has been unable to meet the basic needs of the power grid construction, the contradiction between the huge annual demand of power grid construction investment funds and money supply is obvious, resulting in excessive rely on bank loans to supplement power construction funds. In the long run, it has entered a vicious circle, and has formed a capital structure with high debt and high cost, which affects the sustainable development of the enterprise. Therefore, how to solve the problems of the capital structure of the power grid enterprises and realize the optimization of the capital structure has become one of the important issues facing the power grid enterprises.
