【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)下,國家對于自主創(chuàng)新和智力資源提出了更高的要求。地方高校應(yīng)抓住機(jī)遇,以信息化和國際化等為抓手,深化教育教學(xué)改革,強(qiáng)化特色優(yōu)勢,為經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展提供可靠的人力資源。
[Abstract]:Under the new normal state of economy, the state puts forward higher requirements for independent innovation and intellectual resources. Local colleges and universities should seize the opportunity, take informatization and internationalization as the starting point, deepen the reform of education and teaching, strengthen the characteristic advantages, and provide reliable human resources for the sustained and stable development of economy.
