自有品牌主機板抽樣檢驗分析研究

【摘要】: 產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量檢驗是質(zhì)量管理活動中不可缺少的重要手段,也是客戶能夠得到合格乃至滿意產(chǎn)品的重要保障。在產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量檢驗活動中成品檢驗是模擬客戶端實際使用條件的一種檢驗方式,其檢驗數(shù)據(jù)不僅可以反饋出企業(yè)內(nèi)部產(chǎn)品整體質(zhì)量變化趨勢,也可以反饋出產(chǎn)品在客戶端的質(zhì)量表現(xiàn)狀況,其在企業(yè)內(nèi)部的檢驗活動中占據(jù)十分重要的地位,故本文所研究的質(zhì)量檢驗主要是指成品檢驗。 自有品牌主機板的成品檢驗方式是完全由企業(yè)自身制定,但其是否科學(xué)合理需要研究。本文首先通過分析接收概率和抽檢特性曲線(OC曲線)論證了自有品牌主機板成品檢驗采用百分比抽樣的不合理性,然后通過分析自有品牌主機板實際生產(chǎn)流程,并運用過程平均模型構(gòu)建了符合自有品牌主機板實際質(zhì)量水準(zhǔn)的成品抽樣檢驗方案。本論文為主機板企業(yè)建立適合自有品牌主機板實際質(zhì)量狀況的抽樣檢驗方案提供了科學(xué)的理論依據(jù),為有效監(jiān)控自有品牌主機板產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量波動趨勢奠定了基礎(chǔ),從而達(dá)到改善提升產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量之目的。
[Abstract]:Product quality inspection is not only an indispensable means in quality management activities, but also an important guarantee for customers to get qualified and even satisfied products. In the product quality inspection activity, the finished product inspection is a kind of inspection method which simulates the actual use condition of the client, and its inspection data can not only feedback the overall quality change trend of the product inside the enterprise, It can also feedback the quality performance of the product in the client, which occupies a very important position in the inspection activities of the enterprise, so the quality inspection studied in this paper mainly refers to the finished product inspection. The finished product inspection method of the own brand motherboard is made entirely by the enterprise itself, but whether it is scientific and reasonable needs to be studied. In this paper, the irrationality of percentage sampling is demonstrated by analyzing the reception probability and the characteristic curve of sampling (OC curve), and then the actual production process of the private brand motherboard is analyzed. The process average model is used to construct the sampling inspection scheme of finished product which accords with the actual quality level of private brand motherboard. This paper provides a scientific theoretical basis for the mainboard enterprises to establish a sampling inspection scheme suitable for the actual quality status of the own-brand motherboard, and lays a foundation for effectively monitoring the trend of the quality fluctuation of the own-brand motherboard products.
