【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)聚類算法在解決含有不確定性的聚類問題時(shí)具有很大的局限性,為了更好地解決聚類問題中的不確定性,論文基于區(qū)間二型模糊集理論,提出了基于二型模糊等價(jià)關(guān)系的聚類分析算法.論文首先將語言變量信息完整地轉(zhuǎn)化為區(qū)間二型模糊集,接著把語言變量和區(qū)間二型模糊集的優(yōu)勢(shì)相結(jié)合,通過區(qū)間二型模糊集的Jaccard相似度,提出了基于區(qū)間二型模糊語言變量的模糊等價(jià)關(guān)系聚類分析新方法,并設(shè)計(jì)了具體的算法流程.新聚類算法相對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)的模糊等價(jià)關(guān)系的聚類算法,具有更好地處理不確定性問題的能力,避免了聚類計(jì)算過程中的信息丟失.同時(shí)新聚類算法可以靈活給出隨聚類相似性參數(shù)變化的動(dòng)態(tài)聚類結(jié)果.論文最后以電商平臺(tái)的手機(jī)品牌聚類為例,驗(yàn)證了新算法的可行性和合理性.
[Abstract]:The traditional clustering algorithm has great limitation in solving the clustering problem with uncertainty. In order to solve the uncertainty of clustering problem better, this paper is based on interval type 2 fuzzy set theory. A clustering analysis algorithm based on type 2 fuzzy equivalence relation is proposed. Firstly, the information of language variables is completely transformed into interval type 2 fuzzy sets, and then the advantages of language variables and interval type 2 fuzzy sets are combined, and the Jaccard similarity of interval type 2 fuzzy sets is obtained. A new fuzzy equivalence relation clustering analysis method based on interval type 2 fuzzy language variables is proposed, and a specific algorithm flow is designed. Compared with the traditional fuzzy equivalence relation clustering algorithm, the new clustering algorithm has better ability to deal with uncertain problems and avoids the loss of information in the process of clustering calculation. At the same time, the new clustering algorithm can give the dynamic clustering results with the variation of clustering similarity parameters. Finally, the paper takes the mobile phone brand clustering based on ecommerce platform as an example to verify the feasibility and rationality of the new algorithm.
