品質(zhì):打造少兒圖書品牌的核心要素——以接力出版社的品牌塑造為例

【摘要】:進入21世紀(jì)以來,我國少兒圖書出版迎來了一個高速發(fā)展的黃金時期。童書出版從原來的專業(yè)出版演變?yōu)榇蟊姵霭?越來越多的出版企業(yè)參與童書的市場競爭,要想在激烈的市場環(huán)境中突出重圍,出版企業(yè)必須樹立品牌意識,打造少兒圖書品牌。文章以接力出版社為例,圍繞品質(zhì),從樹立理念、凝聚力量、創(chuàng)新機制、規(guī)范管理、打磨細節(jié)、塑造情感六個方面論述少兒圖書品牌打造的核心要素。
[Abstract]:Since entering the 21 st century, the publication of children's books in China has ushered in a golden period of rapid development. The publication of children's books has evolved from professional publishing to mass publishing. More and more publishing enterprises are participating in the market competition of children's books. If they want to break through the tight encirclement in the fierce market environment, publishing enterprises must establish brand awareness and create children's books brands. Taking relay publishing house as an example, this paper discusses the core elements of children's book brand building from six aspects: establishing idea, condensing strength, innovating mechanism, standardizing management, grinding details and shaping emotion.
