【摘要】:日本"壽司之神"小野二郎的壽司經(jīng)營(yíng)理念、運(yùn)營(yíng)模式、運(yùn)營(yíng)機(jī)制、營(yíng)銷方式無(wú)一不啟發(fā)我們應(yīng)該更多地關(guān)注品牌的內(nèi)在,即關(guān)注品牌的精神,使員工認(rèn)可企業(yè),熱愛(ài)企業(yè),從而愿意為企業(yè)奉獻(xiàn);關(guān)注質(zhì)量,質(zhì)量是所有企業(yè)發(fā)展的根基,對(duì)質(zhì)量的監(jiān)控嚴(yán)格與否在企業(yè)或品牌未來(lái)的發(fā)展道路上尤為重要;關(guān)注特色,做自己擅長(zhǎng)做的事,把這件事做到極致;關(guān)注消費(fèi)者,從消費(fèi)者的角度出發(fā),了解消費(fèi)者的需求品牌才能與消費(fèi)者走得更近,才能貼合消費(fèi)者的情感。只有關(guān)注這些,從這些角度出發(fā),品牌和企業(yè)才能走得更遠(yuǎn),走得更好。
