【摘要】：正光明網:現在農業(yè)的主要矛盾由原來的總量不足,轉化為結構性矛盾,農業(yè)供給側結構性改革的重點在哪里?怎樣深化結構調整?謝志強:推進農業(yè)供給側結構性改革,是當前農業(yè)農村經濟工作的主線,要圍繞這一主線穩(wěn)定糧食生產、推進結構調整、推進綠色發(fā)展、推進創(chuàng)新驅動、推進農村改革。要把增加綠色優(yōu)質農產品供給放在突出位置,把提高農業(yè)供給體系質量和效率作為主攻方向,把促進農民增收作為核心目標,從生產端、供給側入手,創(chuàng)新體制機制,調整優(yōu)化農業(yè)的要素、產品、技術、產業(yè)、區(qū)域、主體等
