【摘要】：正光明網(wǎng):現(xiàn)在農(nóng)業(yè)的主要矛盾由原來的總量不足,轉(zhuǎn)化為結(jié)構(gòu)性矛盾,農(nóng)業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的重點(diǎn)在哪里?怎樣深化結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整?謝志強(qiáng):推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革,是當(dāng)前農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)工作的主線,要圍繞這一主線穩(wěn)定糧食生產(chǎn)、推進(jìn)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、推進(jìn)綠色發(fā)展、推進(jìn)創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)、推進(jìn)農(nóng)村改革。要把增加綠色優(yōu)質(zhì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供給放在突出位置,把提高農(nóng)業(yè)供給體系質(zhì)量和效率作為主攻方向,把促進(jìn)農(nóng)民增收作為核心目標(biāo),從生產(chǎn)端、供給側(cè)入手,創(chuàng)新體制機(jī)制,調(diào)整優(yōu)化農(nóng)業(yè)的要素、產(chǎn)品、技術(shù)、產(chǎn)業(yè)、區(qū)域、主體等
[Abstract]:Zheng guangming: now the main contradiction of agriculture is from the original total shortage to structural contradiction. Where is the emphasis of the structural reform of agricultural supply side? How to deepen the structural adjustment? Xie Zhiqiang: promoting the structural reform of agricultural supply side is the main line of agricultural rural economic work at present, and it is necessary to stabilize the production of grain around this main line. In order to adjust the structure, promote green development, push forward the innovation drive and promote the rural reform, we should put the supply of green and high-quality agricultural products in a prominent position, improve the quality and efficiency of the agricultural supply system as the main direction, and promote the increase of farmers' income as the core goal, from the production side, the supply side, the innovation system and mechanism, and the adjustment and optimization of agriculture.
