【摘要】：為指導(dǎo)成人紙尿褲的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,通過真人試穿慢速走步的方法,測試了3個品牌、2種款式的成人紙尿褲內(nèi)環(huán)境溫度,并進行了主觀評價,進而探討成人紙尿褲結(jié)構(gòu)和穿著舒適性的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明:紙尿褲腰部搭口式結(jié)構(gòu)在前中腰部、腹溝部溫度低,在6 min慢速走步過程中變化較大,前中腹部、腹溝部與臀部穿著主觀評價舒適性好;松緊帶式防側(cè)漏設(shè)計能改善紙尿褲穿著大腿根部的舒適性,實際測量溫度低,且在6 min慢速走步過程中變化較小。
[Abstract]:In order to guide the structure design of adult diapers, the ambient temperature of 3 brands and 2 styles of adult diapers were tested and evaluated subjectively by the method of human being trying on walking slowly. Furthermore, the relationship between the structure of adult diapers and the comfort of wearing is discussed. The results showed that the waistline structure of diapers was lower in the anterior middle waist and lower in the grooves. It changed greatly during the 6 min slow walking, and the subjective evaluation comfort was good in the front and middle abdomen, ventral groin and buttocks. The elastic belt side leakage prevention design can improve the comfort of wearing the thigh root of diapers, and the actual measurement temperature is low, and the change is relatively small during the 6 min slow walking process.
