【摘要】:本文以大型品牌服裝企業(yè)——HD集團(tuán)供應(yīng)鏈管理系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)流程再造為研究對(duì)象,結(jié)合分析國(guó)內(nèi)外大型服裝企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)流程,供應(yīng)鏈管理系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)方法,針對(duì)服裝企業(yè)的高復(fù)雜度工藝流程,以年銷售額超過(guò)百億元,擁有十余個(gè)國(guó)內(nèi)知名品牌的HD服裝集團(tuán)供應(yīng)鏈管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目為例,研究與設(shè)計(jì)以多品牌分銷管理為核心的大型服裝企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈管理系統(tǒng)。 本文將品牌服裝產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、生產(chǎn)制造、原輔料供應(yīng)等環(huán)節(jié)有機(jī)協(xié)調(diào)并建立快速反應(yīng)系統(tǒng)為目標(biāo),根據(jù)按需設(shè)計(jì)、以銷定產(chǎn)、以產(chǎn)定購(gòu)的高效和可控的供應(yīng)鏈管理方法,提出了針對(duì)大型服裝企業(yè)工藝、制造、質(zhì)保等全過(guò)程進(jìn)行協(xié)同管理,,并最終實(shí)現(xiàn)多品牌關(guān)聯(lián)企業(yè)的協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)、采購(gòu)和制造,同時(shí)構(gòu)建與之響應(yīng)的動(dòng)態(tài)成本管理系統(tǒng),針對(duì)市場(chǎng)實(shí)時(shí)的產(chǎn)品和物料供應(yīng)價(jià)格體系,分析、建立對(duì)產(chǎn)品成本的有效控制和管理體系。HD集團(tuán)供應(yīng)鏈管理系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施與應(yīng)用,已經(jīng)大幅提升該集團(tuán)多品牌管理水平和系統(tǒng)的易操作、易維護(hù)和易接入性,并大幅降低了整體信息化應(yīng)用和建設(shè)費(fèi)用。真正實(shí)現(xiàn)用信息技術(shù)優(yōu)化大型服裝企業(yè)資源,提高決策分析和市場(chǎng)快速響應(yīng)水平,為企業(yè)帶來(lái)顯著的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the business process reengineering of the supply chain management system of HD Group as the research object, and analyzes the business process and the realization method of the supply chain management system in the domestic and foreign large garment enterprises. In view of the high complexity process of garment enterprises, take the design project of supply chain management system of HD clothing group with annual sales exceeding 10 billion yuan and more than 10 well-known domestic brands as an example. This paper studies and designs a supply chain management system for large garment enterprises with multi-brand distribution management as its core. In this paper, brand clothing product design, marketing, manufacturing, raw materials supply and other links are organically coordinated and a rapid response system is established. Based on the efficient and controllable supply chain management method of production ordering, this paper proposes a collaborative management for the whole process of large garment enterprises, such as process, manufacturing, quality assurance, etc. Finally, the collaborative design, procurement and manufacturing of multi-brand related enterprises are realized. At the same time, the dynamic cost management system is constructed, and the effective control and management system of product cost is established according to the real time product and material supply price system of the market .The implementation and application of supply chain management system of HD Group. Has greatly improved the group's multi-brand management level and system easy to operate, easy to maintain and easy to access, and significantly reduced the overall information application and construction costs, and truly realize the use of information technology to optimize the resources of large clothing enterprises, Improving the level of decision analysis and rapid market response will bring remarkable economic benefits to enterprises.
