【摘要】:植酸酶對(duì)于有效釋放飼料中的植酸磷有著重要的意義,目前國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)植酸酶的研究已經(jīng)從基礎(chǔ)的理論研究向應(yīng)用研究發(fā)展,從天然獲取向基因工程發(fā)展,通過(guò)對(duì)目前市面上銷(xiāo)售的6個(gè)品牌的耐高溫植酸酶進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)室濕熱試驗(yàn)和飼料制粒試驗(yàn),研究這6個(gè)經(jīng)過(guò)高溫處理后植酸酶的濕熱酶活存留率和制粒酶活存留率。結(jié)果表明:國(guó)外品牌F耐溫效果最優(yōu),國(guó)內(nèi)品牌A可與之媲美,85℃飼料制粒仍可保留85.92%,顯著高于除國(guó)外品牌F的其他各品牌植酸酶;另外,實(shí)驗(yàn)室濕熱法對(duì)于飼料實(shí)際制粒耐熱結(jié)果具有一定指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Phytase is of great significance for the effective release of phytase from feed. At present, the research on phytase has been developed from basic theory to application, from natural acquisition to genetic engineering. Through the laboratory hygrothermal test and pelletizing test of 6 brands of heat-resistant phytase, which are currently available on the market, The retention rate of wet-heat enzyme activity and granulase activity of the six phytase treated at high temperature were studied.
