【摘要】:現(xiàn)代科技服務企業(yè)的競爭,不僅是人才、資金、服務水平、企業(yè)規(guī)模的競爭,還是企業(yè)發(fā)展速度、適應外界變化能力的競爭,在全球經(jīng)濟一體化,信息全球化發(fā)展的今天,誰能站在戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展的有利制高點,制定好中長期發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,積極穩(wěn)妥實施戰(zhàn)略,并能根據(jù)企業(yè)面臨的內外環(huán)境變化,及時調整戰(zhàn)略,及時有效實施關鍵職能戰(zhàn)略,企業(yè)才能發(fā)展壯大,才能轉危為安,才能立于不敗之地。所以,一份科學的發(fā)展規(guī)劃,對于一個企業(yè)的長遠發(fā)展具有非常重要的意義。正因如此,本文就廣交所發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進行研究,以此希望能進一步促進廣交所發(fā)展。 本文共分為五部分:第一章為緒論。介紹了本文選題意義,對本文研究的有關理論進行了說明,并就國內外關于企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略研究狀況進行了文獻綜述,同時指出了本文研究方法及研究思路。第二章為廣交所內外環(huán)境分析。首先介紹了公司情況,接著分析了公司外部環(huán)境和內部環(huán)境。與此基礎上,對廣交所發(fā)展狀況進行了SWOT分析。認為廣交所優(yōu)勢與劣勢同在,機會與威脅共存。只要引導得當,通過制定和實施企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,化劣勢為優(yōu)勢,積極利用機會,廣交所是大有發(fā)展的。 第三章為廣交所發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略選擇與規(guī)劃。首先分析了企業(yè)制定戰(zhàn)略的依據(jù),指出了制定廣交所發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的指導原則,提出了公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標與戰(zhàn)略定位。戰(zhàn)略目標包括發(fā)展總體目標及目標體系。戰(zhàn)略定位包括產(chǎn)品定定位、形象定位以及戰(zhàn)略地位等。第四章為實施廣交所發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的措施。提出了企業(yè)實施發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略措施,包括強化公司品牌管理、構建公司戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟、對公司現(xiàn)有業(yè)務進行整合、建立現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度且實現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新、進一步調整公司資本結構等。 第五章為對公司的戰(zhàn)略實施措施的控制。分析了對實施措施控制的必要性,并從構筑公司強勢文化、建立公司人力資源管理新機制、加強企業(yè)信息化管理、加強戰(zhàn)略管理,提高執(zhí)行力、增強企業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新管理等方面進行了分析。 作為一家技術產(chǎn)權交易所,廣交所的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究對我國其他區(qū)域的技術產(chǎn)權交易所具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Modern science and technology service enterprise's competition, not only is the talent, capital, service level, the scale of enterprise competition, enterprise development speed, ability to adapt to external changes of the competition in the global economic integration, the development of information globalization today, who can stand in the strategic development of the favorable vantage point, making a good long-term development strategy, actively and steadily implementation of the strategy, and according to the enterprise facing internal and external environment changes, timely adjustment of strategies, timely and effective implementation of the key functions of the strategy, enterprises can develop and grow, to turn the corner, can be in an invincible position. Therefore, a scientific development plan, has very important significance for the long-term development of an enterprise. Because of this, this article make the development strategy research, hope to further promote the development of friends.
This paper is divided into five parts: the first chapter is the introduction. This paper introduces the significance of the topic, the relevant theories of this research are described, and the domestic and foreign research status about enterprise strategy were reviewed, and pointed out the research methods and research ideas of this paper. The second chapter is the analysis to make the internal and external environment. First introduced the company, then analyzes the company's external environment and internal environment. And on this basis, the analysis of the status of the development of SWOT. Make that make the superiority and inferiority, opportunity and threat coexist. As long as proper guidance, through the development and implementation of enterprise development strategy, the disadvantage to advantage, actively use the opportunity to make what is a great development.
The third chapter is the strategic choice for the development of the making and planning. Firstly analyzes the enterprise strategic basis, points out the guiding principles formulated to make the development strategy, put forward the development of the company strategic objectives and strategic positioning. Strategic objectives include the development of the overall target and the target system. The strategic positioning including product positioning, image positioning and strategic position. The fourth chapter is the implementation of the strategy. The development of measures to make the development strategy is proposed. The measures for the implementation of enterprises, including the strengthening of brand management, construction of corporate strategic alliances, the integration of the company's existing business, the establishment of modern enterprise system and realize the innovation, to further adjust the capital structure of the company.
The fifth chapter is the implementation of the measures of the company's strategy. The analysis of the necessity of implementation of control measures, and to construct the company culture, establish a new mechanism of human resource management, and strengthen enterprise information management, strengthen strategic management, improve execution, analyzes the enhancement of enterprise science and technology innovation management.
As a technical property exchange, the research on the development strategy of the Guangzhou exchange has a certain reference to the technical property exchanges in other regions of China.
