【摘要】：正一人人都渴望健康、和諧的工作氛圍,希望有一個(gè)團(tuán)結(jié)一致、奮發(fā)向上的工作團(tuán)隊(duì),然而,現(xiàn)實(shí)總是不盡如人意,對(duì)上下級(jí)關(guān)系的把握就絕非易事。要處理好上下級(jí)關(guān)系,首先要厘清這個(gè)關(guān)系。人們往往說不出正常上下級(jí)關(guān)系的表現(xiàn),卻對(duì)畸形的上下級(jí)關(guān)系深惡痛絕。根據(jù)筆者的總結(jié),畸形的上下級(jí)關(guān)系可以概括為以下三類。一是主奴關(guān)系:一個(gè)指手畫腳,一個(gè)唯唯諾諾。幾千年來,中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)官僚體系的主流都是這種關(guān)系。從"君權(quán)神授"的謊言與傳說到"君君臣臣、父父子子"的教誨,再到"君要臣死,臣不得不死"的奴隸心態(tài),儒家思想對(duì)君權(quán)的強(qiáng)化和辯護(hù)可謂一脈相承。
[Abstract]:Everyone is eager for a healthy and harmonious working atmosphere. It is hoped that there will be a united and upward working group. However, the reality is always not satisfactory, and the grasp of the relationship between the upper and lower levels is not good. To deal with the above-child relationship, you should first clear the relationship. People often can't tell the performance of the normal lower-level relationship, but it is very bad for the lower-level relationship of the deformity. According to the author's summary, the upper and lower level of the deformity can be summarized in the following three categories. One is the relationship between the master and the slave: one is a hand-drawing foot, and one is the only one. For thousands of years, the mainstream of China's traditional bureaucracy is such a relationship. From the "the grant of the king's rights" 's lies and legends to the teaching of the "The father and the son, the father and the son", and then to the "The monarch is going to die, and the minister has to die."' s slave state of mind, the strengthening and the defense of the Confucian thought to the king's right are the same.
