【摘要】：正真正的決策共同體一定是一個密切合作的群體在這里我沒有使用"智庫"這個概念,因為"智庫"只是決策共同體的一部分,從布什的敘述中,我看到?jīng)Q策的制定需要由多方面組成的決策共同體。近年來,熱衷預測中國未來的人越來越多。其實,20世紀末這種預測也不少。中國30多年的改革開放發(fā)展以及國際格局的重大變化,使得中國處在一個新的位置之上。
[Abstract]:The real decision-making community must be a group that works closely together, and I don't use the concept of "think tank" here, because "think tank" is only part of the decision-making community, and from Bush's account, I see that decision-making requires a multi-faceted decision-making community. In recent years, more and more people are keen to predict the future of China. In fact, at the end of the 20th century this kind of forecast is also quite. After more than 30 years of reform and opening-up and great changes in the international situation, China is in a new position.
