【摘要】：神經(jīng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)學(xué)是采用神經(jīng)科學(xué)方法和技術(shù)探究領(lǐng)導(dǎo)—追隨現(xiàn)象的新興多學(xué)科交叉研究領(lǐng)域,它運(yùn)用腦成像技術(shù)、神經(jīng)化學(xué)技術(shù)和遺傳學(xué)方法等考察與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)—追隨相關(guān)的特質(zhì)、認(rèn)知及情緒的神經(jīng)基礎(chǔ),以期打開(kāi)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)—追隨"黑箱"。本文對(duì)神經(jīng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)學(xué)的產(chǎn)生背景及產(chǎn)生過(guò)程進(jìn)行了回顧,分別從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的遺傳基礎(chǔ)、腦成像研究和神經(jīng)化學(xué)研究三個(gè)方面對(duì)神經(jīng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)學(xué)相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行了綜述,并對(duì)神經(jīng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)學(xué)的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了闡述,最后簡(jiǎn)要討論了該領(lǐng)域存在的問(wèn)題和未來(lái)的研究方向。
[Abstract]:Neuroleadership is a new interdisciplinary research field that uses neuroscience methods and techniques to explore leadership-following phenomena. It uses brain imaging techniques, neurochemistry techniques and genetic methods to investigate and follow the characteristics of leadership-following. Cognitive and emotional neural basis in order to open the leadership-follow the "black box". In this paper, the background and process of neuro-leadership are reviewed, and the related researches are reviewed from three aspects: genetic basis of leadership, brain imaging and neurochemistry. The application of neuro-leadership is described. Finally, the problems in this field and the future research direction are briefly discussed.
