知識(shí)團(tuán)隊(duì)的共享領(lǐng)導(dǎo)內(nèi)涵——基于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者權(quán)力來(lái)源視角

【摘要】:由于管理過(guò)程視角和社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)視角對(duì)共享領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的研究在內(nèi)涵和測(cè)量上還存在較大爭(zhēng)議,本文通過(guò)比較分析不同領(lǐng)導(dǎo)風(fēng)格的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者權(quán)力來(lái)源,從團(tuán)隊(duì)正式領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者和非正式領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者兩個(gè)層面探究知識(shí)團(tuán)隊(duì)共享領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的內(nèi)涵。
[Abstract]:Because there are still more controversies on the connotation and measurement of shared leadership from the perspective of management process and social network, this paper compares and analyzes the sources of leadership power in different leadership styles. This paper probes into the connotation of knowledge team sharing leadership from two aspects of team formal leader and informal leader.
