【摘要】:正任何領(lǐng)導者都可能會遇到一些"刺頭"員工,他們會當面頂撞領(lǐng)導者,對單位規(guī)章制度置之不理,對單位發(fā)展指手畫腳,對單位活動冷眼旁觀,經(jīng)常和單位的主流意識唱反調(diào)、拉倒車。對任何單位來說,"刺頭"員工都是一個特殊的群體,他們具有一些普遍相似的特征,或者有深厚的背景,或者有較強的威望影響,或者有卓越的工作能力,不一而足。不論是何種類型的"刺頭"員工,對領(lǐng)導者來說都是非常棘手的。因此,對于單位的領(lǐng)導者來說,如何處理好與"刺頭"
[Abstract]:Any leader may encounter some "bayonet" employees who will confront the leader in person, ignore the rules and regulations of the unit, guide the development of the unit, and stand aside from the activities of the unit. Often with the unit's mainstream consciousness, pull down the car.
