【摘要】:正任何領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者都可能會(huì)遇到一些"刺頭"員工,他們會(huì)當(dāng)面頂撞領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者,對(duì)單位規(guī)章制度置之不理,對(duì)單位發(fā)展指手畫(huà)腳,對(duì)單位活動(dòng)冷眼旁觀,經(jīng)常和單位的主流意識(shí)唱反調(diào)、拉倒車(chē)。對(duì)任何單位來(lái)說(shuō),"刺頭"員工都是一個(gè)特殊的群體,他們具有一些普遍相似的特征,或者有深厚的背景,或者有較強(qiáng)的威望影響,或者有卓越的工作能力,不一而足。不論是何種類(lèi)型的"刺頭"員工,對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者來(lái)說(shuō)都是非常棘手的。因此,對(duì)于單位的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者來(lái)說(shuō),如何處理好與"刺頭"
[Abstract]:Any leader may encounter some "bayonet" employees who will confront the leader in person, ignore the rules and regulations of the unit, guide the development of the unit, and stand aside from the activities of the unit.
