【摘要】:正團(tuán)隊是現(xiàn)代組織中經(jīng)常采用的運作方式,每個團(tuán)隊所面臨的任務(wù)與挑戰(zhàn)各不相同,所處的環(huán)境也千變?nèi)f化,很多學(xué)者以團(tuán)隊為研究對象,研究重點以探討團(tuán)隊自身的結(jié)構(gòu)與運作模式為主。帕特里克·蘭西奧尼在其成名作《團(tuán)隊的五種機能障礙》中闡述并解析了信任缺失、畏懼沖突、回避承諾、淡化責(zé)任與漠視團(tuán)隊成效等五種團(tuán)隊機能障礙。要建設(shè)性地處理團(tuán)隊中的各種復(fù)雜
[Abstract]:Positive teams are often used in modern organizations, each team is faced with different tasks and challenges, the environment is also changing, many scholars take the team as the research object. The focus of the study is to discuss the structure and operation mode of the team itself. Patrick Lancionne explains and analyzes five kinds of team dysfunction in his famous book "five functional disorders of the team", such as lack of trust, fear of conflict, avoidance of commitment, desalination of responsibility and disregard for team effectiveness.
