上下級(jí)之間工作機(jī)制不合理的原因與矯治

【摘要】:正上下級(jí)之間既是工作關(guān)系,又是朋友關(guān)系,關(guān)系處好了,有利于推進(jìn)工作,加深感情;否則,就會(huì)遲滯工作開展,造成工作被動(dòng),影響工作效率。很多時(shí)候,上級(jí)安排的工作、部署的任務(wù),到了下級(jí)那里總是推不下去、落不了地、見不了效,令上級(jí)很窩火、很惱火。究其原因,在很大程度上是工作機(jī)制出現(xiàn)了問題。那么,上下級(jí)之間的工作機(jī)制有哪些不合理表現(xiàn),癥結(jié)是什么,又有何對(duì)策呢?一、主要表現(xiàn)(一)錯(cuò)位導(dǎo)致工作機(jī)制失靈
[Abstract]:The relationship between the superior and the subordinate is not only a working relationship, but also a friend relationship. If the relationship is well dealt with, it will help to advance the work and deepen the feelings; otherwise, it will delay the work, cause the work to be passive, and affect the work efficiency. In many cases, the work arranged by the superiors and the tasks deployed to the subordinates can never be pushed down, can not fall off the ground, and fail to see any effect, which makes the superiors very angry and very angry. Investigate its reason, to a large extent is working mechanism appeared problem. So, what is the unreasonable performance of the working mechanism between the higher and lower levels, what is the crux of the problem, and what countermeasures are there?
