考慮渠道質量差異下的實體零售商空間選址策略研究

【摘要】:網絡零售的出現(xiàn)改變了實體零售商的選址邏輯,一定程度上促進了實體零售商閉店潮的出現(xiàn)。針對這一現(xiàn)象,構建一個網絡零售商和兩個實體零售商的空間競爭模型,從空間選址角度揭示電商沖擊下實體零售商閉店潮的形成機理,同時考察存在網絡渠道與實體渠道質量差異下的實體零售商選址決策。研究表明:與傳統(tǒng)空間選址理論不同,即使在線性交通成本假定下,實體零售商也不會在城市中心選址,其選址決策取決于網絡購物的無效成本與實體購物的交通成本比值;與直覺不同,網絡零售商定價不是總低于實體零售商;網絡渠道與實體渠道的質量差異促使實體零售商在城市兩端選址,導致實體零售商城市中心閉店;交通改善和網絡監(jiān)管有助于實體零售商在城市中心集聚,促進城市繁榮發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The emergence of online retailing has changed the location logic of physical retailers, and to some extent has promoted the emergence of brick-and-mortar retailers. Aiming at this phenomenon, this paper constructs a spatial competition model of network retailers and two real retailers, and reveals the formation mechanism of the closed store tide of physical retailers under the impact of e-commerce from the perspective of spatial location. At the same time, this paper investigates the location decision of physical retailers under the quality difference between network channel and physical channel. The research shows that: different from the traditional spatial location theory, even under the assumption of linear transportation cost, the location decision of the physical retailer will not be located in the city center, and its location decision depends on the ratio of the invalid cost of online shopping to the transportation cost of physical shopping. Different from intuition, the pricing of online retailers is not always lower than that of physical retailers, and the quality difference between network channels and physical channels leads to the location of physical retailers at both ends of the city, leading to the physical retailers closing stores in the city center. Traffic improvement and network regulation help physical retailers gather in urban centers and promote urban prosperity.
