消除上下級關系疏離狀態(tài)的策略選擇

【摘要】:正上下級關系疏離現(xiàn)象主要表現(xiàn)為上下級之間心理距離過大,造成領導者與追隨者情感分化、互不信任甚至嚴重對立。從解決問題的角度看,應當從上級與下級、領導者與追隨者的內在素質入手,并考慮影響上下級行為的一系列權變因素。一、追求領導者素質的全面提升領導者素質的不足與追隨者素質的提升是一個硬幣的兩面,而"此消彼長"之后,領導者素質的不足更加難以適應追隨者素質的不斷提升,這對于消除組織中的上下級關系疏離現(xiàn)象非常不利。在新的形勢
[Abstract]:The main phenomenon of alienation between superior and subordinate is that the psychological distance between superior and subordinate is too large, which results in the emotional differentiation between leaders and followers, mutual distrust and even serious antagonism.
