【摘要】：正統(tǒng)班子、帶隊伍是領導者的基本功,班子帶好了,干部隊伍心勁齊了,工作才能有熱情,干事氛圍才能好,事業(yè)才能出成效。學深學透統(tǒng)班子、帶隊伍這門"必修課",對每一名領導者來講都至關重要。一、必須強化現代領導意識根據領導科學原理,領導者的角色內涵是隨著時代發(fā)展不斷豐富和發(fā)展變化的。處于當今這個變革時代,人們的價值觀念、行為方式發(fā)生了巨大變化,人們的領導觀念以及對領導角色的認識也有了新的發(fā)
[Abstract]:The orthodox group, take the team is the leader's basic skill, the team takes, the cadre troop has the vigor, the work can have the enthusiasm, the officer atmosphere can be good, the enterprise can produce the result. It is very important for every leader to learn the thorough team and lead the team as a required course. First, we must strengthen the modern leadership consciousness. According to the principle of leadership science, the connotation of leader's role is enriched and changed with the development of the times.
