【摘要】：評(píng)價(jià)與群決策是管理科學(xué)中重要問題。傳統(tǒng)群體評(píng)價(jià)決策中通常賦予專家相同的評(píng)價(jià)權(quán)重,但實(shí)踐中,可能存在少數(shù)專家評(píng)價(jià)時(shí)的主觀故意舞弊行為,或因客觀上業(yè)務(wù)水平的限制等原因,導(dǎo)致其做出不準(zhǔn)確評(píng)判,甚至是極端評(píng)價(jià),影響最終評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果。本研究把Web2.0協(xié)同的思想應(yīng)用到評(píng)價(jià)中,提出協(xié)同評(píng)價(jià)理論,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出一種具體的群決策專家評(píng)價(jià)權(quán)重的協(xié)同分配方法,可自動(dòng)賦予評(píng)價(jià)專家不同的評(píng)價(jià)權(quán)重,并能有效自動(dòng)檢測(cè)奇異評(píng)價(jià)分。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,在出現(xiàn)少數(shù)極端評(píng)價(jià)的情況下,協(xié)同評(píng)價(jià)方法仍具較強(qiáng)的穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:Evaluation and group decision-making are important problems in management science. In traditional group evaluation decision making, experts are usually given the same evaluation weight, but in practice, there may be some subjective and intentional fraud in the evaluation of a few experts, or some other reasons, such as the limitation of objective professional level, which lead to inaccurate evaluation. Even extreme evaluation affects the final evaluation results. In this study, the idea of Web2.0 collaboration is applied to evaluation, and the theory of collaborative evaluation is put forward. On the basis of this, a specific collaborative allocation method of evaluation weight for experts in group decision making is proposed, which can automatically assign different evaluation weights to evaluation experts. And can detect singularity evaluation score automatically. The experimental results show that the cooperative evaluation method still has strong stability in the case of a few extreme evaluations.
