【摘要】：正本文的"告狀"是指極少數(shù)下屬根據(jù)自己掌握的情況、信息,依據(jù)自己的判斷,向上級領導和上級機關(guān)反映本地區(qū)、本單位、本部門主要領導違紀違規(guī)違法"事實"的一種行為。具體分兩種情況,一種是一把手確實存在違紀違規(guī)違法現(xiàn)象,下屬出于公道正派而具名告狀;另一種是極個別下屬為了達到個人升遷和個人利益最大化等目的,出于對一把手不滿而報復,無中生有、捕風捉影、編造事實而匿名告狀。對于具名告狀,上級領導和上級機關(guān)需要通過紀檢監(jiān)察部門進行調(diào)查處理,而對于匿名告狀則需要一把手依靠自己的人格魅力和政治智慧妥
[Abstract]:The "complaint" in this article refers to a very small number of subordinates who, according to their own circumstances, information and their own judgments, reflect to their superior leaders and organs their respective regions and units, The main leadership of the department violation of discipline, violation of the law, "facts" an act.
