【摘要】：在文獻(xiàn)回顧的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)歸納了國外破壞性領(lǐng)導(dǎo)研究進(jìn)展;系統(tǒng)梳理、剖析了破壞性領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的概念內(nèi)涵、分類體系、理論框架及其后果;最后,對目前破壞性領(lǐng)導(dǎo)研究存在的問題進(jìn)行了簡要分析。研究結(jié)果為本土化破壞性領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的進(jìn)一步研究提供了參照。
[Abstract]:On the basis of literature review, this paper summarizes and summarizes the research progress of destructive leadership abroad, systematically combs and analyzes the concept connotation, classification system, theoretical framework and its consequences of destructive leadership. This paper briefly analyzes the problems existing in the study of destructive leadership. The results provide a reference for the further study of local destructive leadership.
