【摘要】：正作為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部,既要管好自己,又要抓好班子,更要帶好隊(duì)伍。從某種意義上講,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)管人易、管己難,管事易、管情難,管言易、管心難,常常被感情綁架、被感情圍困,甚至被感情圍獵,成為感情的俘虜。那么,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者在情感管理中如何防止問題復(fù)雜化呢?凈心——防問題越界一是去貪心。貪婪的心像沙漠中的不毛之地,吸收一切雨水,卻不滋生草木以方便他人。一個(gè)人什么都想擁有、什么都不想放棄,不但累心傷身,而且毀形毀譽(yù)。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部
