組織吸收能力前因探析——基于相對與絕對吸收能力的整合框架

【摘要】:文章回顧了學界關于吸收能力影響因素的研究,梳理了關于組織吸收能力前因變量的各種觀點,認為在吸收能力前因的研究中應該綜合考慮相對吸收能力與絕對吸收能力的區(qū)分。最后,本研究整合了兩類吸收能力的前因,提出了一個整合框架,并對未來的吸收能力研究進行了展望。
[Abstract]:This paper reviews the academic research on the influencing factors of absorptive capacity, and combs the various viewpoints on the predependent variables of organizational absorptive capacity. It is suggested that the distinction between relative absorption capacity and absolute absorption ability should be considered in the study of absorptive capacity antecedents. Finally, this study integrates two kinds of antecedents of absorptive capacity, proposes an integrated framework, and looks forward to the future study of absorptive capacity.
