【摘要】：正1982年爆發(fā)的英阿馬島之戰(zhàn),以英國的勝利而告終。決定雙方勝負(fù)的除了國力差別外,還有一個十分重要的因素,就是當(dāng)時任英國首相的撒切爾夫人在戰(zhàn)爭中發(fā)明了獨特的"委托式指揮法"。這種指揮法一出現(xiàn),立即在西方社會引起極大轟動。仔細(xì)剖析一下就會發(fā)現(xiàn),這種方法對于在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)活動中實現(xiàn)科學(xué)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)具有普遍的運用意義。
[Abstract]:The Battle of Britain and Argentina, which broke out in 1982, ended in a British victory. In addition to the difference in national strength, there was also a very important factor in determining the victory or defeat of both sides, namely that Thatcher, then British Prime Minister, had invented a unique "commissioned command law" in the war. As soon as this method of command appeared, it caused a great sensation in western society. A careful analysis shows that this method is of universal significance to the realization of scientific leadership in leadership activities.
