【摘要】：隨著大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代的到來(lái),電子商務(wù)網(wǎng)站規(guī)模迅速擴(kuò)大,產(chǎn)品的種類(lèi)和數(shù)量已成海量規(guī)模,消費(fèi)者需要高效的產(chǎn)品選擇方法幫助他們做出決策.為了提出基于在線評(píng)論的產(chǎn)品選擇方法,首先,確定在線評(píng)論的效用,并對(duì)產(chǎn)品屬性進(jìn)行提取得到屬性集合,在考慮評(píng)論效用的情況下確定屬性權(quán)重;然后,對(duì)在線評(píng)論中的情感詞進(jìn)行分析,將消費(fèi)者情感傾向表示為關(guān)于評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)度的概率分布;再依據(jù)隨機(jī)占優(yōu)準(zhǔn)則得到兩兩產(chǎn)品關(guān)于每個(gè)屬性的占優(yōu)關(guān)系;進(jìn)一步,通過(guò)PROMETHEE II方法對(duì)備選產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行排序.最后,通過(guò)一個(gè)產(chǎn)品選擇的實(shí)例說(shuō)明該方法的可行性和實(shí)用性.
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the big data era, the scale of e-commerce websites is expanding rapidly, and the variety and quantity of products has become a massive scale. Consumers need efficient product selection methods to help them make decisions. In order to propose a product selection method based on online comment, firstly, the utility of online comment is determined, then the attribute set is obtained by extracting product attributes, and the attribute weight is determined under the consideration of comment utility. By analyzing the affective words in online comments, the consumer's emotional tendency is expressed as the probability distribution about the evaluation scale; then, according to the random dominance criterion, the dominant relationship of each attribute of the two products is obtained. The alternative products are sorted by PROMETHEE II method. Finally, a product selection example is given to illustrate the feasibility and practicability of the method.
