【摘要】：新制度主義決策優(yōu)化理論認(rèn)為,制度決定著行為者的選擇范圍、行為偏好及其行動(dòng)能力,它為特定社會(huì)化過程中的行為角色提供了某種內(nèi)在化的行為規(guī)范,啟示人們從全新的視閾去研究決策、檢視決策。新制度主義決策優(yōu)化理論關(guān)于制度功能、有限理性、制度變遷等理論和分析方法雖然存在種種缺陷,但對于決策優(yōu)化的影響分析還是比較獨(dú)到的,對于現(xiàn)實(shí)中國制度轉(zhuǎn)型的理論研究和政策設(shè)計(jì),對于推進(jìn)決策科學(xué)化、民主化和法治化建設(shè),對于建立現(xiàn)代決策制度、優(yōu)化決策方式,具有現(xiàn)實(shí)適用性。
[Abstract]:According to the new institutionalism decision optimization theory, institution determines the range of choice, preference and ability of action of the actor, and it provides a certain kind of internal behavior norm for the behavior role in the specific socialization process. Enlighten people to study and examine decisions from a new perspective. Although there are various defects in the theories and analytical methods of the new institutionalism decision optimization theory, such as institutional function, limited rationality, institutional change and so on, the analysis of the influence of the new institutionalism on decision-making optimization is quite unique. For the theoretical research and policy design of the system transformation in real China, it has practical applicability to promote the scientific, democratic and legal construction of decision-making, to establish the modern decision-making system and to optimize the decision-making mode.
