【摘要】:正20世紀(jì)60年代,美國(guó)行為學(xué)家保羅·赫塞與管理學(xué)家肯尼斯·布蘭查德全面闡述了情境領(lǐng)導(dǎo)(Situationa Leadership)理論,概括出四種領(lǐng)導(dǎo)風(fēng)格,應(yīng)用于被領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者所處的四種不同情境。該理論被譽(yù)為20世紀(jì)重大領(lǐng)導(dǎo)理論之一。
[Abstract]:In the 1960s, Paul Hercey, an American behaviorist, and Kenneth Blanchard, a management scientist, elaborated the theory of situational leadership and summed up four styles of leadership, which were applied to the four different situations in which the leader was placed. This theory is praised as one of the important leadership theories in the 20 th century.
