【摘要】：正近期,中共中央審議通過了關于改進工作作風、密切聯(lián)系群眾的八項規(guī)定。八項規(guī)定具體細致,切中時弊,順應民意,集中體現(xiàn)了轉(zhuǎn)變作風、親民務實的特征。但在具體實踐中,一些地方簡單地把"親民"等同于"順民",不加取舍地事事迎合民意,在一定程度上異化了"親民"的本意。由此帶來的后果是,黨政機關公信力下降,訴訟渠道不暢,信訪總量居高不下,人力、物力、財力等公共資源耗費巨大,社會反響強烈,增加了維穩(wěn)工作的壓力和矛盾糾紛化解的難度。對此,我們應高度重視并在實際工作中努力加以改進。
[Abstract]:Recently, the CPC Central Committee deliberated and adopted eight regulations on improving work style and maintaining close ties with the masses. The eight regulations are specific and meticulous, in keeping with the current situation and in keeping with public opinion, and embody the characteristics of changing style and being practical to the people. However, in practice, some places simply equate "kinship" with "obeying the people", cater to the public opinion in everything without any choice, and dissimilate the original intention of "kindred people" to a certain extent. As a result, the credibility of the party and government organs has declined, the channels of litigation have been blocked, the total number of letters and visits has remained high, and public resources, such as human, material and financial resources, have been consumed enormously, and the social repercussions have been strong. It increases the pressure of maintaining stable work and the difficulty of resolving contradictions and disputes. In this regard, we should attach great importance to and strive to improve in practical work.
