【摘要】：正什么是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力?如果100個(gè)人來(lái)研究它,可能就有100個(gè)不同的定義。仁者見(jiàn)仁,智者見(jiàn)智,無(wú)可非議。本文從群眾路線(xiàn)的角度,對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力進(jìn)行一次再開(kāi)發(fā)。在這里,基于群眾路線(xiàn)給領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力下一個(gè)說(shuō)明性的定義:領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力就是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者從群眾利益出發(fā)而又被群眾所接受、從而帶領(lǐng)群眾實(shí)現(xiàn)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)目標(biāo)的一種能力。以下將從幾個(gè)方面對(duì)此進(jìn)行論述。一、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力力度的測(cè)定所謂領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的力度,即領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力發(fā)揮的程度。對(duì)此,可以從以下主要方面進(jìn)行測(cè)定:

This article redevelops leadership from the perspective of the mass line. Here, leadership is based on the mass line to define leadership: leadership is the leader from the interests of the masses. It will be accepted by the masses to lead the masses to achieve a leadership goal. The following will be discussed in several respects. First, the strength of leadership is determined by the strength of leadership, that is, the extent to which leadership is exerting.
