【摘要】：正研究如何防止利益沖突,需要回答三個問題:何謂利益沖突?為何有利益沖突?如何防止利益沖突?筆者在借鑒已有成果的基礎(chǔ)上,擬采用政治力學(xué)的分析方法來研究利益沖突與防止利益沖突的問題,希望能夠?qū)@一問題的研究有所幫助。一、利益沖突的內(nèi)涵界定廣義的利益沖突,是指不同利益主體基于需求矛盾而產(chǎn)生的利益糾紛與爭奪,或同一主體不同利益之間的矛盾狀態(tài)。由于人類資源呈現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:In studying how to prevent conflicts of interest, we need to answer three questions: what is conflict of interest? Why is there a conflict of interest? How to prevent conflicts of interest? On the basis of using the existing achievements for reference, the author intends to use the analytical method of political mechanics to study the problem of conflict of interest and the prevention of conflict of interest, hoping to be helpful to the study of this problem.
