【摘要】：由于被評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象的資源背景存在較大差異,因此提出一種動(dòng)態(tài)綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法.首先依據(jù)差異驅(qū)動(dòng)原理和時(shí)間貼現(xiàn)因子分別求出各被評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象及其對(duì)應(yīng)的資源背景的動(dòng)態(tài)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,在此基礎(chǔ)上,給出了依據(jù)各被評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象的資源背景因素對(duì)其評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果進(jìn)行調(diào)整的規(guī)則,并構(gòu)建了能夠最大程度拉開(kāi)被評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象之間差異的評(píng)價(jià)模型.通過(guò)一個(gè)算例對(duì)該方法的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了說(shuō)明.該動(dòng)態(tài)綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法能夠提升評(píng)價(jià)的公平性以及評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果的可比性.
[Abstract]:Because the resource background of the evaluated object is different, a dynamic comprehensive evaluation method is proposed. Firstly, according to the principle of differential driving and the time discount factor, the dynamic development of each evaluated object and its corresponding resource background is obtained, and on this basis, The rules of adjusting the evaluation results according to the resource background factors of each evaluated object are given, and the evaluation model which can maximize the difference between the evaluated objects is constructed. An example is given to illustrate the application of this method. This dynamic comprehensive evaluation method can improve the fairness of evaluation and the comparability of evaluation results.
