【摘要】：當(dāng)代中國(guó)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和民眾的素質(zhì)、能力與相互關(guān)系,直接決定著中國(guó)社會(huì)的現(xiàn)狀和未來,相對(duì)于普通民眾,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及其集體的素質(zhì)、能力及其思想意識(shí),具有關(guān)鍵性的作用。本文立足于現(xiàn)代社會(huì)和中國(guó)的社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型,從"人類活動(dòng)的性質(zhì)和中國(guó)社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型的特點(diǎn)"、"現(xiàn)代社會(huì)的有機(jī)性和理性化要求"、"現(xiàn)代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和群眾(公民)的關(guān)系"、"作為公眾人物和個(gè)人"等四個(gè)方面,論述了現(xiàn)代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)應(yīng)有的能力和自覺問題。
[Abstract]:The quality, ability and mutual relationship between the leaders and the masses in contemporary China directly determine the present situation and future of Chinese society, and play a key role in the quality, ability and ideology of the leaders and their collectives as compared with the ordinary people. This paper is based on the modern society and the social transformation of China. From the aspects of "the nature of human activities and the characteristics of Chinese social transformation", "the organic and rational requirements of modern society", "the relationship between modern leadership and the masses (citizens)" and "being public figures and individuals", This paper discusses the ability and consciousness of modern leadership.
