【摘要】：正無論是政府機關(guān)、企事業(yè)單位還是其他組織內(nèi)部,常上演一幕情景劇:領(lǐng)導(dǎo)給幾名中層干部布置一項重大任務(wù),反復(fù)強調(diào)其重要性并告誡他們一定要有責(zé)任心、要通力合作,然而臨近驗收時間,任務(wù)卻并未完成。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)非常氣憤地將上述幾位中層干部叫到一起并逐個批評,原本各個中層被批評后非常忐忑不安,但一看其他幾人也受到了同樣的批評,反而若無其事了,最終生悶
[Abstract]:Whether it is government agencies, enterprises or institutions, or within other organizations, there is often a scene of drama: leaders assign a major task to several middle-level cadres, repeatedly stress their importance and warn them to have a sense of responsibility and to cooperate with one another. However, near the acceptance time, the task has not been completed. The leadership was very angry and called the above mentioned middle-level cadres together and criticized them one by one. Originally, each middle level was very uneasy after being criticized, but as soon as I saw several other people also received the same criticism, it turned out that nothing happened and eventually became boring.
