【摘要】：本研究通過配額樣本探討了破壞型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和強(qiáng)制性公民行為的關(guān)系,并識別出了兩個影響兩者關(guān)系大小的權(quán)變因素。本文通過對同源偏差進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格的事前和事后控制,保證了樣本的有效性。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)破壞型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與強(qiáng)制性公民行為正相關(guān),并且相關(guān)系數(shù)大于西方研究。(2)關(guān)系取向反向調(diào)節(jié)了破壞型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和強(qiáng)制性公民行為之間的關(guān)系。(3)工具性則對以上二者關(guān)系起正向調(diào)節(jié)作用。在人力資源管理啟示中,我們討論了本研究對管理實(shí)踐的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In this study, the relationship between destructive leadership and compulsory citizenship behavior was discussed through quota samples, and two contingency factors affecting the relationship between them were identified. In this paper, the validity of the sample is ensured by controlling the homologous deviation in advance and afterwards. The results show that there is a positive correlation between destructive leadership and mandatory citizenship behavior. Moreover, the correlation coefficient is larger than that in western studies. The relationship between destructive leadership and compulsory citizenship is negatively regulated by the relationship orientation. The instrumental nature plays a positive role in regulating the above two relations. In the inspiration of human resource management, we discuss the guiding significance of this study to management practice.
