【摘要】：正專項工作就是具有一定工作量并需要一班人馬進行落實的特定工作。"專項工作法"具體表現(xiàn)為如下"十要"。一要明確目的。不論做什么工作,都是有目的的,專項工作更不例外。因此,首先要拓寬視野、開闊思維,吃透上情、摸清下情,認真分析、深入思考,搞清楚工作的目的、意義及要求。只有目的清、要求明,才能思路對、方向準,才能按照目的要求有針對性地進行科學謀劃,制訂出有效的工作方案和舉措,以確保工作不折不扣地完成。
