一種基于TOPSIS的混合型多屬性群決策方法

【摘要】:本文針對(duì)具有語(yǔ)言型和直覺(jué)模糊數(shù)兩種評(píng)價(jià)信息的混合型多屬性群決策問(wèn)題,提出了一種基于TOPSIS的決策方法。首先,定義了新的函數(shù),可將不同粒度的語(yǔ)言評(píng)價(jià)信息轉(zhuǎn)換成直覺(jué)模糊數(shù)。其次,在直覺(jué)模糊數(shù)熵值的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一種新的專(zhuān)家權(quán)重確定模型。再次,利用IFWA算子在把個(gè)體決策矩陣集結(jié)為群體決策矩陣后,基于TOPSIS分別計(jì)算群體評(píng)價(jià)值到正理想解和負(fù)理想解的距離,從而得到方案集的排序。最后,在ERP選優(yōu)問(wèn)題中的應(yīng)用,驗(yàn)證了方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a decision making method based on TOPSIS is proposed to solve the mixed multi-attribute group decision problem with linguistic and intuitionistic fuzzy number evaluation information. Firstly, a new function is defined to convert linguistic evaluation information with different granularity into intuitionistic fuzzy numbers. Secondly, based on the entropy of intuitionistic fuzzy numbers, a new expert weight determination model is proposed. Thirdly, after the individual decision matrix is assembled into group decision matrix by IFWA operator, the distance from positive ideal solution to negative ideal solution is calculated based on TOPSIS, and the sequence of scheme set is obtained. Finally, the effectiveness of the method is verified by the application in ERP optimization problem.
