【摘要】：正在現(xiàn)代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)學(xué)100多年演進(jìn)歷史中,先后經(jīng)歷了特質(zhì)理論、行為理論和情境理論三個(gè)階段,人們對(duì)于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)魅力的理性認(rèn)識(shí)也隨之不斷深化。本文結(jié)合現(xiàn)代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)學(xué)發(fā)展的各個(gè)階段,揭示領(lǐng)導(dǎo)魅力理論相應(yīng)呈現(xiàn)出的理論演進(jìn)過(guò)程。一、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)發(fā)生學(xué):特質(zhì)理論與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)魅力領(lǐng)導(dǎo)特質(zhì)理論是指從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的性格、智力、生理和社會(huì)因素等方面確認(rèn)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者特有或者應(yīng)有品質(zhì)的理論,也稱素質(zhì)理論。從20世紀(jì)初期到20世紀(jì)三四十年代,是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)特質(zhì)理論十分盛行的時(shí)期。在這一時(shí)期,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)特
