【摘要】:職位職權(quán)和個(gè)人職權(quán)是管理者影響下屬的基本條件。管理實(shí)踐中,能熟于職位職權(quán)運(yùn)用的管理者多,拙鈍于個(gè)人職權(quán)運(yùn)用的管理者也為數(shù)不少。我們每位管理者在對(duì)下屬施加個(gè)人影響力上都有待進(jìn)一步用心用力。
[Abstract]:Position authority and personal authority are the basic conditions for managers to influence subordinates. In management practice, many managers are familiar with the use of post authority. There are also a number of managers who are insensitive to the use of personal authority. Each of us needs further effort in exerting personal influence on our subordinates.
