【摘要】：正有的人認(rèn)為大領(lǐng)導(dǎo)直接找自己做事,是不是對(duì)直接領(lǐng)導(dǎo)不滿意,所以把自己視作心腹直接指揮,這不正好是取而代之的好機(jī)會(huì)?千萬不要邁進(jìn)這樣的雷區(qū),有時(shí)大領(lǐng)導(dǎo)這樣做就是無意的,并沒有你想象的那么復(fù)雜。而萬一被直接領(lǐng)導(dǎo)發(fā)現(xiàn)你越級(jí)匯報(bào),分分鐘可以各種理由把你架空掛起,甚至讓你徹底出局。
